Returns are only accepted if the product is misprinted/damaged/defective. In such cases contact us within 7 days of your purchased date .We will give further instruction based on your claim.
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for orders that were made in the wrong size. Once you place your order, our printing partner will print and send the product directly to you. Since we do not keep any pre-stocked inventory, we are unable to exchange the item for a different size. Therefore, we kindly advise you to review the size chart thoroughly before placing your order to ensure the correct size is chosen.
We regret to inform you that we cannot issue any refunds for orders placed in the wrong item since we print products on demand. Additionally, if you provide the incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for reshipment to the new address.
In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us at contact@prinzoshop.com to initiate the return process. Please note that the return address will be provided to you once the item has been received. Do not send the product back before contacting us.

If your return is accepted, You can return the product to the given return address, When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Then we will proceed with Refund.
